Michelle Andres is the founder of Pathways Associates. She brings with her over 10 years executive management, coaching and development experience in the wine industry. She has worked with virtually every major winery in the U.S. and Canada in the capacity of a corporate liaison and technical expert. Michelle has traveled abroad, developing wine industry protocols that are used internationally.

Passionate and results driven, Michelle is a high energy, independent thinker who is deeply committed to coaching, mentoring and developing other professionals. She is a true listener and relationship-builder who overcomes obstacles and gets the job done. An intuitive nature makes her highly effective with individuals in a personal coaching capacity and able to affect change across organizational and cultural boundaries.

Michelle has a B.A. in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science of Organization Development at the University of San Francisco. She completed her Corporate and Life Coaching Certification at iPEC Coaching. She has completed the MAP program for Management Professionals. Michelle is a board member of The Sacramento Coaches Association, a member of the International Coach Federation, The Sacramento Area Organization Development Network, and NAFE - National Association of Female Executives. She celebrates life with her family in Northern California.
